UPDATE!!! 3//3//04

Our first update of the year...sorry. But we have gotten some new shows including; Steve's Birthday and our first ever appearance in Plymouth as Foundation. So please come out and show us your support and we'll talk to everyone soon. Plus look out for the Foundation page to be up in the not to far future. We wanted it to be really cool so it's taking a little while.

UPDATE!!! 8/13/03

How about an update? Sorry it's been so long but Val has been very busy she is about 9 tracks into her first solo R&B disc, with the help of the blazin' hot producer Profit she has been recording her you know what off and coming up with some really great material. Most of the tracks so far are slower more of love songs, but for you people who love it when Val gets wild don't worry she's coming up with some sick "Val" tracks too. Now you say what about new Foundation well she's trying to get that going too. Val has tons of material to record but only so much time to do it in. Also don't forget Val is still playing all over with Steve Somers Band, Foundation of Funk and the Detroit Women in R&B. So check out the shows update and stay tune for more updates to come...soon I promise!

We made it more of a real page now you can explore the site a bit more there's new shows posted and soon the rest of the page will be a lot futher so givee me about a weeks time then check back again.
